Digestive

The digestive system is the combination of organs that assist the conversion of food into energy. Once a human consumes any food or liquid, the digestive system breaks the consumed item into their simpler form such as vitamins, fats, carbohydrates, and proteins. Later, the absorption of the resultant (vital nutrients) happens in the bloodstream from where they get transferred into the cells of the whole body. These nutrients help the cells to grow and repair by providing them energy. Humans are likely to notice varied digestive issues that can be the result of an unhealthy lifestyle, infections, poor nutrition, and certain sensitivity to the food. However, there are a number of natural and artificial ways in which the issues of the digestive system can be treated. According to Ayurveda, good digestion depends upon three factors Agni, Ojas, and Ama.
